As a service to the community, JAHC provides online ticketing solutions through Vendini.com for local not-for-profit organizations. Our easy one-step ticketing service offers:
- Immediate ticket release at the JACC, both Hearthside Books stores, Rainy Retreat Books, and on-line through jahc.org and your own web site. No need for you to print, count, distribute, or collect tickets any more!
- Ticket inventory management keeps track of the number of tickets sold and prices.
- Patron information.
- Option to use reserved seating at the JDHS and TMHS auditoriums.
- Promotional opportunities at the JACC Box Office.
- On-line calendar services.
- Radio plug in the weekly and monthly arts updates.
Pricing:
- Setup fee is only $10.00
- Vendini charges .35 cents for every ticket processed through their online software program

Credit Card Charges
- 4% charge for general seating (by Hearthside Books and JACC Box Office)
- 5% charge for reserved seating (by Hearthside Books and JACC Box Office)
- For example, Hearthside credit card sells = $100, you pay $4; JACC Box Office credit cards sells = $50, you pay $2.
- Ticket stock: .03/ticket
On average, the total of the fees amounts to between 50¢ and 70¢/ticket.
Vendini fees for on-line purchases:
Your patrons will pay an on-line convenience fee to Vendini based on the price of the tickets:
<$10 $1.50
$10 – $19.99 $2.00
$20 – $34.99 $2.50
$35 – $49.99 $3.00
$50 and up $3.50
How to sign up for Box Office services:
1) Complete the 2012 Box Office Ticket Informationv3 pdf form or the word version: 2012 Box Office Ticket Information V3 along with a .jpg graphic appropriate for the event and of your logo.
2) Send an electronic .jpeg or other web compatible logo and poster image or other advertising graphic.
3) Bring us a poster to hang in the Box Office.
Nancy will add your event into the Vendini Ticketing software. Hearthside Books and Rainy Retreat Books will be notified and a link will be emailed to you to add on your web site. Also, your event’s promotional image will be added to the JACC Box Office computer for visual display.
After your event has finished, JAHC will mail you a check along with a report showing sales from the JACC Box Office, Rainy Retreat Books, and on-line sales. Hearthside Books will mail you a check directly for sales made through their stores.
Additionally, JAHC can provide you with a list of patrons who purchased your tickets.
Ancillary Services:
The JAHC Postering Service will hang your posters for you. Bring 40 (non Arts Affiliates) or 60 (Arts Affiliates) posters + $30 to the JACC by Tuesday, 10 am. Posters go up around town on Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday morning.
