State and Local Regulations
This Page Last Updated: November 21st, 2011We want you and your guests to be safe and in compliance with state and local regulations with regard to food and alcohol service, and fire regulations.
Please read the Department of Environmental Conservation Food Service Regulations and the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board requirements.
Things to know about our facility:
- No open flames allowed.
- Our kitchen is not DEC approved, so all food that you bring in to sell must be shelf stable or prepared by an approved caterer. (We can help you find local caterers.)
- When planning your decorations and floor layout, remember that the fire exit, fire exit signs, and fire extinguishers must remain visible and accessible. If you are planning a large event with elaborate decorations and a large number of patrons, please contact the Fire Marshall ahead of time to be sure your plans are safe and legal.
- We have a maximum capacity of 299. If you anticipate exceeding this, talk with us about how to manage that.
