Things to know about booking your performers into Juneau:

• This is the most beautiful spot in the world, and your artists will love coming here. Audiences are very appreciative, well-informed, and enthusiastic.
• We keep our artistic fees below $10,000 and average between $4,000 & $6,000.
• Generally, we provide hotel and ground transportation.
• Block-booking with other Alaskan presenters is essential to make an engagement in Alaska affordable for all.
• Part of our mission includes education and outreach, so we book groups that can offer those components as part of the package.
• Travel in Alaska takes time because of the distances. Alaska Airlines provides jet service from most west coast (including Mexico) cities, and from Miami, Washington DC, Newark, and Boston, to Seattle. From Seattle, you fly to Ketchikan, Juneau, and on to Anchorage, which is the hub for the rest of the state.
• It is also possible to fly into Anchorage, do the rest of the state, and then fly to Juneau to do the other Southeast communities, and out through Seattle.

Travel times:

• East Coast to Seattle – 4.5 hours or so
• Seattle to Juneau – 2.5 hours
• Juneau to Anchorage – 1.75 hours
• Anchorage to Fairbanks – 1 hour
