GOSPEL WORKSHOP – FEBRUARY 14 – 18, 2012

Rev. Bobby Lewis and pianist Eustace Johnson, who regularly offer this in Fairbanks, are coming to Juneau!

The workshop runs Tuesday February 14 – Friday, February 17, 6:30 – 8pm, and Saturday February 18 from 1 – 3 pm at the Juneau Arts & Culture Center (the JACC) and then there will be a Celebration on Sunday, Feb. 19, also at the JACC. Workshop Age Limit: 16 years and older.

Workshop / Soul Food Dinner Package Deal

Rev. Bobby Lewis began teaching gospel music in his father’s church in Virginia. When he moved to NYC, he worked in musical theatre and claims Andre in Ain’t Misbehavin’ as one of his favorite roles. He is the Executive Pastor and Minister of Music at Central Baptist Church in NYC, and his 58-voice choir has been featured on The Today Show and other TV programs.

Eustace Johnson is currently the Director of Music at New Song Community Church in Harlem. As the president of EAJ Productions and EAJ Music, Eustace serves as pianist/keyboardist for solos, groups and studios. Most recently he was the arranger and musical director for If This Hat Could Talk.
