• Want to bring a group of 5 or more people to the same event? Group Rate 15% Discount
• Are you a member of the Council? Member Discount 10%
• Season ticket holder to the Juneau Symphony or Perseverance Theatre? or a season pass to Eaglecrest? Home Team Advantage 20% Discount
• Are you visiting from out of town? Visitor 20% Discount on Performing Arts & Culture Concert series events.

Officially, no refunds or exchanges on tickets. If you have an extra ticket, consider donating it back to the Council to give to a social service agency. Alternatively, you can post it on the Juneau Ticket Exchange and hope you find a match!
